- How is it delivered?
- Your template will be delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. The email contains a Framer remix link and a step-by-step setup guide (PDF). Delivery isn’t instant, so please allow up to 24 hours and check your spam folder.
- Do I need a paid Framer plan?
- Remixing the template into your Framer account is free, and you can edit and preview it on Framer’s free plan. Publishing on your own domain, and some features and usage limits, need a paid Framer site plan, billed by Framer separately and not included in the template price. - What licence do I get?
- A single-use licence: one website per purchase. See the template licence.
- Is the sample content included?
- All names, prices, hours, addresses and reviews are fictional sample content for you to replace. Photographs are public-domain (CC0) images with their sources recorded; the tool renders are original. Booking happens on your provider's own page, opened in a new tab. Forms need a destination set in Framer. Publishing on a custom domain needs Framer Basic or higher (two CMS collections).
- Can customers book or pay on the site?
- Customers choose their service and barber on Stropwell, then book and pay on your provider's page, which shows your real availability and sends the confirmation. The site never shows invented times.
- Which booking providers work?
- Any provider with a booking link, including Fresha, Booksy, Square Appointments, Setmore, Timely and Calendly. Add one main link, or separate links per service or per barber.
- Does the clipper transition work everywhere?
- It uses the browser's View Transitions feature, supported in current Chrome, Edge and Safari 18 or later. Other browsers, and visitors who prefer reduced motion, navigate normally.
- Which Framer plan do I need?
- Framer Basic or higher to publish on your own domain. Stropwell uses two CMS collections, which Basic allows. You can edit and preview on any plan.
- Where do I get support?
