Refund Policy

Templates are digital products: a Framer remix link and a step-by-step setup guide (PDF). Your template will be delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. It’s sent to the email address you give at checkout.

You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, for any reason. Just email support@ajldigitalstudio.co.uk with your order reference.

Email within 14 days of purchase and you’ll get a full refund if:

• the remix link doesn’t work and can’t be fixed within 3 working days
• the template is materially different from its live preview
• you were charged more than once by mistake
• the template wasn’t delivered within 24 hours of purchase and you no longer want it

Email support@ajldigitalstudio.co.uk with your order reference. You’ll get a reply within 2 working days, and refunds go back to the original payment method.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights. See also the template licence.
