- How is it delivered?
- Your template will be delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. The email contains a Framer remix link and a step-by-step setup guide (PDF). Delivery isn’t instant, so please allow up to 24 hours and check your spam folder.
- Do I need a paid Framer plan?
- Remixing the template into your Framer account is free, and you can edit and preview it on Framer’s free plan. Publishing on your own domain, and some features and usage limits, need a paid Framer site plan, billed by Framer separately and not included in the template price. - What licence do I get?
- A single-use licence: one website per purchase. See the template licence.
- Is the sample content included?
- All names, prices, timings and quotes are fictional sample content for you to replace. Before and after pairs are illustrative simulations. Photographs are recorded as CC0 on Wikimedia Commons. Forms need a destination set in Framer. The configurator gives indicative prices and takes no payment. Publishing on a custom domain needs Framer Pro or higher (five CMS collections).
- Can customers pay or book online?
- No. The configurator shows an indicative range and sends an enquiry, which you follow up with a quote.
- Can I change the prices?
- Yes. Every treatment, add-on, price range and the currency is set once in a shared component, with no code, and both the Home and Pricing configurators update.
- Are the before and after images real results?
- No. They are clearly labelled simulations for the demo. Replace them with pairs from your own work.
- Which Framer plan do I need?
- Framer Pro or higher to publish on your own domain, because the template uses five CMS collections and Basic allows two. You can edit and preview on any plan.
- Where do I get support?
