- How is it delivered?
- Your template will be delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. The email contains a Framer remix link and a step-by-step setup guide (PDF). Delivery isn’t instant, so please allow up to 24 hours and check your spam folder.
- Do I need a paid Framer plan?
- Remixing the template into your Framer account is free, and you can edit and preview it on Framer’s free plan. Publishing on your own domain, and some features and usage limits, need a paid Framer site plan, billed by Framer separately and not included in the template price. - What licence do I get?
- A single-use licence: one website per purchase. See the template licence.
- Is the sample content included?
- All names, rooms, prices, places, people and reviews are sample content for you to replace; reviews are labelled as samples. Demo photography is CC0 or public domain. Booking software is not included: the Book buttons link to your provider or to the included request form.
- Does Wrenfield take bookings?
- It doesn't include a booking engine. Every Book button uses one link you set once: your booking provider's hosted booking page, or the included Request a stay form, which emails you the guest's dates.
- Can I add or remove rooms?
- Yes. Rooms are a CMS collection: add an item and its card, its line in the rates guide and its own page with SEO metadata are created for you.
- Where do form submissions go?
- Wrenfield uses Framer's native forms. Choose an email address or webhook in each form's settings before you publish. Form submissions depend on your Framer site plan.
- Where do I get support?
- Email support@ajldigitalstudio.co.uk with your order reference — replies within 2 working days. See template support and refunds.
